Job Opening

The Wesley Foundation in Cincinnati is searching for a Campus Minister/Executive Director to lead its growing and successful campus ministry.

The Wesley Foundation in Cincinnati, Inc. is an extension ministry of the West Ohio Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. It is a small non-profit organization that supports the work of the United Methodist Campus Ministry at the University of Cincinnati and other college and university campuses in Greater Cincinnati.

The Campus Minister/Executive Director has responsibility for advancing the Wesley Foundation’s mission and laying the groundwork for its future.

As Campus Minister, the candidate will assume responsibility for the United Methodist Church’s pastoral mission to the University of Cincinnati and other nearby college and university campuses.

The Search Committee will give preference to applicants should having a Master’s degree, five years experience in campus ministry and significant experience in grant writing, fund-raising and mission interpretation. A detailed job description from the Board of Directors is attached.

Applicants should submit a resume and a statement of campus ministry philosophy, theology, and vision (no more than 1000 words).
